Machine Operator – Punch Press | Windsor, CO

We’re looking for a hands-on Machine Operator to run a punch press machine that produces metal buttons. You’ll be part of a small, experienced crew that values precision, teamwork, and a comfortable work environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Operate a punch press machine that automatically punches metal buttons

+ Load metal and monitor machine performance

+ Every 1,000 buttons, perform two quality checks:

+ **Microscope visual inspection**

+ **Force characteristics test** using specialized equipment

+ Record results on a trend chart and ensure machine stays within tolerance

+ Make machine adjustments as needed (training provided!)

+ Use basic math and computer systems to track production

+ Set up machines and tooling after training

+ Occasionally lift 50–75 lbs throughout the day

What You Bring:

+ Experience in manufacturing or production environments

+ Familiarity with press machines or similar equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

+ Comfortable using hand tools and performing visual inspections

+ Basic computer and math skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
