Job Title: Medical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our medical device manufacturing team as Medical Assemblers. You will initially start in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. You will be part of a team that manufactures components for critical medical devices, contributing to the health and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities
+ Operate coil winding machines to produce medical device components.
+ Inspect and manipulate wires with the aid of microscopes.
+ Work in various departments including molding, CEA assembly, laser welding, and implantable housings.
+ Use small hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, and wrenches in assembly processes.
+ Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
+ Inspect and deburr parts using tools like pliers, filers, and knives.
+ Operate and monitor automated presses and stamping machines.
+ Read and follow detailed work instructions for assembly processes.
Essential Skills
+ 4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small part assembly.
+ 4-6+ months of experience working with microscopes.
+ Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
+ Experience with coil winding, laser welding, and catheter assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical aptitude for working with machines.
+ Good hand dexterity for precision tasks.
+ Ability to adapt and be versatile for cross-training across different areas.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment that requires specific attire, including smocks and protective eyewear. Some roles may be in non-cleanroom areas, where safety glasses and steel-toed shoe covers are necessary. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78/hr.
