    Hiring Lead Facilities Technician $35-$50/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role includes preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and other general handyman duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct preventative maintenance and repair tasks across 12 properties.

    + Perform tenant improvement and general handyman tasks, including changing fixtures and light bulbs.

    + Handle general construction tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall patch work.

    + Execute tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance as needed.

    + Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high tenant satisfaction.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and boilers.

    + Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Special Boilers License (Preferred).

    + EPA certification.

    + Experience with building automation systems.

    Work Environment

     

    Work across 28 buildings on 12 property campuses, predominantly commercial spaces such as dental, healthcare, and chiropractic clinics. With a 90% tenant capacity, customer service is crucial. The total area covers approximately 1 million square feet. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation shared with five other team members.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00/yr.

     

    Company vehicle from day 1. Ability to grow quickly into leadership roles as previously tenured employees recently retired. Health/dental/vision insurance.

    This is a fully onsite position in Oakdale,MN.
