Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in managing container and racking systems. You will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and organizing containers and totes in our East Moline and Davenport locations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in similar environments and are looking to expand their skills in forklift operation and warehouse management.
Responsibilities
+ Clean incoming containers and ensure they are processed efficiently.
+ Operate washing machines to load, unload, sort, stage, and scan plastic totes.
+ Work in process lanes to remove manufacturer tags from containers and racks using a hand-scanner.
+ Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers, with container sizes ranging from 2x2 to 8x8.
+ Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, ensuring correct containers are shipped by reading and interpreting paperwork.
Essential Skills
+ Experience operating a forklift, with the ability to pass a forklift test involving navigating cones and handling pallets.
+ Proficiency in using an RF scanner for inventory management.
+ At least 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Willingness to work 10 hours of overtime and on Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with inventory management and product handling.
+ Experience in a warehouse setting, particularly with containers and racks.

Work Environment
You will be working in a warehouse setting with a focus on container management. The role involves standing for long periods and requires physical activity, including bending and lifting. Forklift operators will spend a significant portion of their day on the forklift, with occasional off-fork tasks. The role includes shift work with breaks, and the expectation of overtime and Saturday shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
