Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse staff.. Your role will involve monitoring inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies, and training, coaching, and evaluating team members. You will maintain inventory control, resolve discrepancies, collaborate with other departments to meet fulfillment targets, and identify process improvements to implement best practices.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and coordinate warehouse staff

+ Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

+ Train, coach, and evaluate team members.

+ Maintain inventory control and resolve discrepancies.

+ Collaborate with other departments to meet fulfillment targets.

+ Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift certification preferred.

Work Environment

Our warehouse is a clean and temperature-controlled environment dedicated to storing and shipping materials and finalized products for a liquid fill packaging company. We operate on a first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a second shift from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
