Job Title: Pipe Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pipe Foreman to join our team in Crofton, MD. The Pipe Foreman will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This role requires supervision of a crew, management of resources, ensuring safety, and coordination with other teams, aiming for successful project completion within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

+ Supervise a crew and manage resources effectively.

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed.

+ Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

+ Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years' experience as a Foreman in the Wet/Dry utility space.

+ 7+ years' experience in the utility space.

+ Proficient in utility construction, excavator, pipe laying, and wet utility operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with dozer and loader operations.

+ Any additional equipment operating experience or dry utility experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work on large utility projects between Waldorf and Rockville. All work will be conducted outdoors, focusing on both wet and dry utilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crofton, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.26 - $43.26/hr.
