Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives by ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.

+ Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to production equipment during machine service.

+ Apply mechanical skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

+ Detect faulty operations and defective material, reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.

+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test and adjust equipment.

+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

+ Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 5 years of CNC equipment maintenance experience.

+ Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ Capability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and reach as needed.

+ Comfortable working in high noise areas, at heights, in confined spaces, and at congested work sites.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The environment may include high noise levels, work at heights, confined spaces, and congested work sites. This position may involve shift work, duration rotations, and a shop setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
