    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Driver-Swing to join our team. This role involves delivering products to customers efficiently and safely while ensuring all delivery and pickup documentation is accurately completed.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.

    + Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions.

    + Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

    + Ensure that all products are loaded properly in trucks to ensure arrival undamaged.

    + Drive truck to deliver products to customer's place of business.

    + Load and unload vehicle, unassisted or with the assistance of helpers, with or without forklifts.

    + Lift, pull, push, and carry goods and other freight of varying weights over long distances, rough terrain, or stairs.

    + Ensure proper scanning of jobs and obtain signatures via the shipping proof of delivery app.

    + Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

    + Match certifications/travelers to the respective job, and ensure accuracy before scanning the job to the customer.

    + Maintain basic shipping paperwork, checking for accuracy and detail.

    + Assist the receiving department in the transportation and storage of received material and customer product or containment.

    + Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with caution for self, others, and products.

    + Drive safely and defensively, obeying the rules of the road.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

    + Detail-oriented and quick learner.

    + Organizational skills.

    + Forklift training and certification.

    + Excellent vision, including normal color vision.

    + Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

    + Good communication skills with the ability to represent the company positively.

    + Ability to work alone or as a member of a team with good cooperative skills.

    + Ability to drive a 22-foot box truck.
