Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator plays a crucial role in collaborating with owners and project managers to ensure efficient tracking of equipment and materials for various projects. This position involves organizing office binders for bids, tracking orders and materials in the shop, assisting in the creation of close-out binders for project deadlines, and ordering personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety training certificates for employees.

Responsibilities

+ Work closely with owners and project managers to track equipment and materials for projects.

+ Organize office binders for project bids.

+ Track orders and materials in the shop.

+ Assist in building close-out binders for final project deadlines.

+ Order PPE and safety training certificates for employees.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in inventory management and order tracking.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

+ Ability to track projects, including entry of parts, materials, and data in project binders and close-outs.

+ Organizational skills in project tracking systems.

+ Data entry skills and inventory control capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to enter data in spreadsheets efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Calla, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
