    Job Title: Line Operator

    Job Description

    As a Line Operator, you will spend the majority of your day seated at a station, applying and removing epoxy from circuit boards. You will also receive training in basic hand soldering to perform soldering tasks on circuit boards. This role involves using a microscope approximately 80% of the time and utilizing basic hand tools, such as screwdrivers and tweezers, to assist in the assembly of circuit boards.

    Responsibilities

    + Apply and remove epoxy from circuit boards.

    + Perform basic hand soldering on circuit boards.

    + Operate a microscope for detailed work approximately 80% of the time.

    + Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers for assembly tasks.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work station by spending 15 minutes at the end of each shift cleaning up.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and soldering.

    + Ability to work with small parts and tools.

    + Experience in a production or assembly line environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No prior assembly experience required.

    + Must be ITAR certified (US Citizens or permanent residents).

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a clean and organized manufacturing setting. The work station resembles a standing desk, equipped with all necessary tools and a microscope. Shifts run from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The environment is designed to be comfortable, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
