Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with a valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Minnesota electrical code amendments, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with NEC and Minnesota electrical codes.

+ Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.

+ Utilize electrical tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and effective project completion.

Essential Skills

+ Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).

+ Minimum of 8,000 hours (48 months) of verifiable electrical work experience under supervision.

+ Strong knowledge of NEC and Minnesota electrical code amendments.

+ Proficiency in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in both residential and commercial electrical systems.

+ Familiarity with technology circuits, fire alarm systems, and process control systems.

+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills.

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $125000.00/yr.
