Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, adjusting, and maintaining industrial production and processing machinery in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This role involves basic troubleshooting and repairs under guidance, with a focus on ensuring equipment functions correctly and efficiently.

Essential Skills

+ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.

+ High level of knowledge of machine and tooling maintenance requirements.

+ Ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery, tooling, and equipment.

+ Ability to run basic machine shop equipment.

+ Proficiency in using calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers.

+ Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

+ Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.

+ Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and stakeholders.

+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical field preferred.

+ Minimum of one year related experience or technical training.

+ Training in maintenance/repair of mechanical equipment and machinery is a plus.

+ Training in industrial electrical repair and maintenance is a plus.

+ Experience in metal fabrication and welding preferred.

+ Experience operating and maintaining PLCs used to control manufacturing processes preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
