Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to oversee the successful execution of digital projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage diverse projects in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and marketing, to ensure project objectives are met.

• Utilize digital asset management (DAM) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.

• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.

• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with the client's vision and goals.

• Assist in refining and improving processes to optimize project management efficiency.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to projects. Requirements • Proven experience managing digital projects within an agency environment.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in digital asset management (DAM) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality results.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
