Our client, a cutting-edge technology and innovation company in Carlsbad, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk whose tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to grow. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day AP functions with an eye for efficiency and improvement. The ideal candidate will love working in a fast-paced, modern office that values accuracy, initiative, and forward-thinking problem-solving.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Support automated payment systems and digital expense platforms.

    + Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

    + Review contracts and purchase orders for proper approval and coding.

    + Assist with month-end reconciliations and expense reporting.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and reporting.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives to modernize the AP function.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of accounts payable experience.

    + Strong Excel and data-entry skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) preferred.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + A mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and improvement.
