    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of financial operations.     Responsibilities:

    + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

    + Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.

    + Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

    + Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.

    + Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.

    + Support audits and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

    + Assist in tax preparation and reporting requirements.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

    + Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems).

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
