    Job Title: Senior Project/Program Manager – AI/ML Innovation

     

    Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension or conversion)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Project/Program Manager to support initiatives within a cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) innovation center. This role will lead the coordination and execution of complex AI/ML projects, leveraging cloud technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-focused projects and programs.

    + Define project scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.

    + Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior leadership.

    + Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    + Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving to overcome project challenges.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

    + Minimum of 7 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in tech or innovation environments.

    + Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.

    + Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.) in the context of project delivery or infrastructure planning.

    + Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Top Skills:

    + AI/ML Expertise – Deep understanding and experience working with AI/ML technologies.

    + Project Management – Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects.
