    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and maintaining data integrity across systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately enter customer orders into SAP in a timely manner

    + Verify order details and resolve discrepancies before processing

    + Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure order fulfillment

    + Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes

    + Assist with inventory management and order status updates

    + Generate reports and analyze data to support operational decisions

    + Provide excellent customer service and support as needed

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in order entry or data processing

    + Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

    + Familiarity with other ERP systems

    + Knowledge of basic accounting or inventory principles
