Description

A leading Bay Area litigation firm is seeking a Law Clerk (JD pending bar results) to assist with ongoing litigation matters on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in motion practice and document review within a high-profile, fast-paced firm environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with document review and motion practice.

+ Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case materials.

+ Support discovery and litigation workflows under attorney supervision.

+ Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure deadlines are met and case needs are addressed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ JD with bar results pending.

+ Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

+ Availability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Burlingame, CA.
