Description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and customer service abilities in a detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere.

• Answer and manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing communications.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization to callers and visitors.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

•Keep common areas and kitchen area tidied up.

Requirements

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or a similar role is preferred.

• Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system.

• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and courteously.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.

• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be able to life 50 pounds.
