Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Secaucus, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to process financial data accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Maintain and organize financial records with a high level of attention to detail.

• Utilize Excel and other computer tools to manage data and generate reports.

• Communicate effectively with customers and branch representatives to resolve inquiries.

• Assist in preparing journal entries and understanding basic accounting principles.

• Access payment company websites to retrieve and analyze transaction details.

• Contribute to building a positive and cohesive team environment through flexibility and professionalism. Requirements • Degree in Accounting preferred, but candidates with strong math skills and an understanding of journal entries are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial data tools such as Bloomberg Terminal.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and branch representatives.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and process financial data accurately.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.

• Collaborative mindset and a positive attitude to foster teamwork.
