Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Anaheim, California. This Contract-to-permanent position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, managing customer accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships through efficient collections and clear communication. Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions with precision to ensure data accuracy.

• Handle customer cash applications and credit approvals, maintaining updated account records.

• Oversee pre-liens, waivers, and releases while coordinating with the sales department to address related matters.

• Generate detailed end-of-month reports and contribute to the maintenance of accounts receivable databases.

• Document all interactions and collection activities to ensure proper record-keeping.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate and detail-oriented assistance.

• Collaborate across departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve overall efficiency.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards during all accounts receivable operations. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management, ideally in a multi-state or construction-related industry.

• Proficient in managing cash applications, collections, and billing functions.

• Strong knowledge of credit and accounting principles.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
