Position Summary:
As a Senior Manager, Talent Operations and Strategy for Enterprise & Technology, you will be a key driver of success in our organization overseeing the planning, execution, and recommendations for enhancements of a variety of talent related programs. Your role encompasses coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring programs are delivered effectively. By actively seeking and incorporating key stakeholder feedback and participants' insights, you will continuously evolve programs to meet the dynamic needs of the business. You will ensure the programs and initiatives are aligned and in support of the holistic talent strategy. You will be responsible for effective communication, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new processes.
You will accomplish this by:
+ Overseeing program execution, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing feedback and issues to ensure effective talent programs that contribute to our talent priorities within Enterprise & Technology
+ Supporting the creation and execution of our talent, culture and enterprise strategies
+ Leading end-to-end program management for Enterprise & Technology talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
+ Leading change management efforts for significant programs related to the talent strategy and facilitating leader education on change management
+ Identifying opportunities through insights and analytics to drive further talent initiatives that align to the overall talent goals
+ Establishing, collaborating with and motivating cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and delivering timely and effective communication
+ Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of challenges that may arise
+ Facilitating regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on program status, milestones and addressing concerns and inquiries
+ Managing program budgets, track expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met while making cost-effective decisions
+ Quickly and effectively addressing issues or obstacles that may impact program progress, implementing solutions to keep project on track
+ Defining and tracking measures of success for each program
+ Identifying opportunities for program improvement, incorporating lessons learned into future programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of experience in human resources, program management, or general business administration
+ 3+ years of proven experience as a program manager in talent management, HR, or related fields
+ Ability to adapt to change, unforeseen challenges and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, evaluate options and make informed decisions
+ Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to ensure timely and proactive follow up with key stakeholders
+ Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong influencing skills to navigate challenges, resolve issues, and reach mutually beneficial agreements
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
