    Customer Service Agent I - Shop

     

    The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.

     

    The Customer Service Agent I - Shop reports to the Shop Supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    + Customer Concierge:

    + Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward

    + Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email

    + Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction

    + Presents financing terms

    + Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)

    + Collects down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income

    + Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines

    + Maintain activity log

    + Other duties as assigned
