Job Description
We are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead and deliver multiple medium-sized projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction **This position will be Full-Time, 6-month contract, and Remote.**
Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.** **Candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as a project leader for multiple medium-sized projects Contribute to the definition, planning, and delivery of multiple product and technology projects, working with the executive sponsor (Director or higher) and other management as required to ensure achievement of the defined project goals
+ Influence the successful delivery and implementation of cross-functional activities to achieve the desired results for a defined program and/or strategic initiative
+ Maintain the day-to-day operation of projects (including budgetary oversight and staffing), ensuring that all projects are reliably delivered on time, on budget, and with a consistently high standard of quality
+ Collaborate with all project stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate project risks with frequent reevaluation and reprioritization of the risk register
+ Contribute to creation of communication strategies and execute to provide accurate and timely project information Efficiently summarize and present complex ideas and/or data into a format that can be understood by all levels of the organization
+ Cultivate a customer-first attitude by forging relationships with stakeholders to better understand their needs and goals and seek to discern what the customer impact will be for each project decision and/or action taken
+ Other duties as assigned or requested
What You'll Need
Required:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science (MIS), or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a degree
+ Minimum of 4-5 years of Project Management experience
+ Must have solid PM experience
+ Excellent communication skills – must have experience communicating with executives
+ Background in IT
+ Must have broad infrastructure experience
+ Must have true Project Management experience
+ Must be able to manage the financials of the project
+ Must be able to manage risk
+ Ability to organize
+ Must be able to build relationships across the enterprise
+ Experience with moving applications to the cloud
+ Experience working with Risk and Security (ISRM)
+ Experience with cyber security
Preferred:
+ Familiarity with application development projects
+ Healthcare experience
+ Cloud or Google Cloud experience
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
+ Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
The pay range for this position is $60 - $65 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
