Position : Technical Support Analyst Duration : 09 Months Location : Richmond, VA 232191 (Hybrid) Required/Desired skills * Application Support Experience. * Oracle Health Millenium Cerner EHR experience. * Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and basic network issues. * Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM tool. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
