Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Admin who will act as a crucial liaison between our organization and our customers, fostering and maintaining robust relationships. The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver timely, accurate, and professional support, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Accurately enter and confirm customer orders, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
+ Provide customers with detailed information regarding order status, estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, and warranties.
+ Collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to manage customer shipments, expedite orders, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
+ Review and manage sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
+ Work with the Business Development team to ensure timely response to all customer needs and exceed expectations.
+ Potentially conduct customer visits to assess needs and promote product/service sales.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
+ Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, experience using Epicor is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Experience in administrative support, data entry, and order processing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
Work Environment
This position is onsite and requires attendance from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wausau, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
