    Junior Lease Analyst

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Junior Lease Analyst to support our team by assisting in the creation and performance of abstracts for new leases and amendments. The role involves inputting lease information into property management software, interpreting lease languages, and maintaining data accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist Lease Analyst with creating and performing abstracts for all new leases and amendments.

    + Pull and provide documents for abstract packages.

    + Input cash receipts and perform invoicing related to properties.

    + Enter lease information into property management software.

    + Interpret leases and lease languages, entering them into the system and handling reporting.

    + Set up and maintain pass-through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes.

    + Review leases and abstractions.

    + Collaborate with Property Managers to research and evaluate outstanding issues related to tenant accounts.

    + Maintain data in the database and ensure quality assurance for data abstracted and entered.

    + Perform invoice reviews to ensure alignment with tenant obligations.

    + Interact with landlords and create standard forms, policies, and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in commercial real estate and property leasing.

    + Proficiency in handling commercial leases, abstracts, and amendments.

    + Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and lease abstraction.

    + Strong skills in Excel and reconciliation.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 1-3 years of commercial real estate/property leasing experience.

    + Experience with commercial leases, abstracts, and amendments.

    + Willingness to train candidates with AP/AR/Billing exposure in commercial real estate/property.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $24.04/hr.
