    About the Role

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Contract Specialist to join our team and support multi-site operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial lease agreements across various properties. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Draft, review, and revise commercial lease agreements and related documents

    + Interpret legal language to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements

    + Coordinate lease negotiations and approvals with property managers, legal counsel, and landlords

    + Track lease terms, renewal dates, and critical deadlines to ensure timely execution

    + Maintain organized records of lease documentation and correspondence

    + Identify and escalate potential legal or operational risks

    + Support the development of standardized leasing procedures across locations

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or related field

    + 3+ years of experience in lease administration or real estate operations

    + Paralegal certification or legal experience

    + Leasing and contract management experience

    + Familiarity with commercial real estate laws and leasing practices

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
