    Job Description

    The role of the Disbursement Agent involves working directly with lenders, borrowers, and general contractors to ensure the appropriate distribution of funds for construction projects. This includes coordinating inspections, verifying percentage of completion through backup documentation from subcontractors and suppliers, collecting invoices and lien waivers, managing title endorsements if applicable, obtaining owner authorization of disbursements, and coordinating with the lender on the release of funds.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate inspections and verify completion percentages through documentation from subcontractors and suppliers.

    + Collect invoices, lien waivers, and title endorsements where applicable.

    + Obtain owner authorization for disbursements and coordinate with lenders for fund releases.

    + Communicate effectively with all parties involved, maintaining excellent customer service.

    + Organize and prioritize workload, being adaptable to various situations and personality types.

    + Provide administrative support and ensure accurate filing and record-keeping.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

    + 1-2 years' experience in customer service, accounts payable/receivable, or administrative support.

    This position is based in an environmental engineering and services company, specifically at the Sunriver site, focusing on construction loan management.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunriver, Oregon.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
