    Description

    We’re seeking a dynamic and technically adept Project Manager with prior experience in financial services to lead initiatives and temporarily serve as Scrum Master for three agile teams. This hybrid role blends strategic project oversight with hands-on agile facilitation, requiring deep familiarity with Bank of America processes and strong technical acumen in cloud, risk, and data domains.

    Guide teams through internal processes, including the “Permit to Operate” lifecycle.

     

    Utilize and manage specific PM tools and frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    Scrum Master Duties (Interim Coverage):

    Serve as interim Scrum Master for three agile teams during the current SM’s paternity leave.

     

    Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

     

    Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity.

    Technical Oversight:

    Provide high-level guidance on cloud architecture, data governance, and risk management.

     

    Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

     

    Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62.09 - $62.09/hr.
