Details:

Our client is looking for a project manager with strong leadership in large-scale tech migrations, and executive communication skills. To assist in a large scale General Ledger Migration / Modernization initiative. This is a well-funded 5 year Initiative.

Top 3 Skills:

• Executive communication

• Outgoing, organized personality

• Strong experience in large-scale delivery

Role Specific Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a technical team of software developers, testers, scrum masters, etc.

• Leading one of the 3 following workloads in the General Ledger Migration:

• General Ledger delivery

• Data and analytics reporting and provision

• Plan & Forecast

• Facilitating meetings with business partners, tech leads, architects, and workstream leads to ensure alignment.

• Working Laterally with 13 other Project Managers sharing the ultimate deliverable of migrating the general ledger to Oracle General Ledger.

• Participating fully in Agile software development process.

• Proven ability to stay organized and diligent in a highly stressful and fast moving multi-year project.

• Ability to work in a fully Agile environment.

• Experience using Jira to track project management.

Required Experience:

• Roughly 10 years of project management experience, leading large teams and juggling multiples deliverables.

• 6-10 years of experience leading technology development projects.

• Strong written and verbal communications.

• Executive stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Oracle General Ledger

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
