This role will be an influential member of the team, working closely with senior leaders from both client organizations and within TGS. The Lead Architect will be responsible for translating executive vision into actionable technical and process intellectual property, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed desired client outcomes. As the Lead Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining and shaping architecture strategies, product management practices, and design frameworks. Your expertise will empower Practice and Delivery teams to deliver high-impact solutions, maximize ROI, and influence the next generation of innovation at TGS. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Alignment: Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors from client organizations to capture strategic goals, operational challenges, and desired business outcomes. Collaborate with TGS senior leadership to ensure all innovations are consistent with organizational priorities and market differentiation. • Outcome Definition: Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions to distill client requirements into measurable outcomes. Utilize frameworks and methodologies for evaluating client success and ensure alignment between business value and technical deliverables. • Architectural Leadership: Design robust enterprise solutions in collaboration with Practice, Solutioning, and Development teams. Maintain high standards of scalability, security, and resiliency across all technical designs. • Intellectual Property Construction: Lead internal development teams in the creation of proprietary frameworks, toolkits, and architectures that reflect the unique needs of each client engagement. Ensure all technical and process innovations are documented and protected as organizational intellectual property. • ROI & Financial Metrics: Develop models for assessing return on investment (ROI) for new products, services, and custom solutions. Provide recommendations that balance innovation with cost efficiency, supporting executive decision-making with quantitative analysis and financial forecasting. • Product Management & Design: Partner with internal leaders and UX/UI designers to ensure all solutions are user-centric, market-ready, and aligned with product lifecycle best practices. Oversee the transition from architecture to implementation, providing strategic oversight throughout the development process. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison and trusted advisor for both internal and client-side leadership. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical audiences, facilitating buy-in and consensus for strategic initiatives. • Quality Assurance: Establish standards for architectural review, solution validation, and performance monitoring. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations for quality, compliance, and business impact. • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Lead ongoing innovation initiatives and incorporate continuous feedback into TGS’s architectural and process frameworks. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced education or certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) strongly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles, with a demonstrated record of driving transformational change in large organizations or technology consultancies. • Proven experience working directly with senior client leaders and internal executives to define strategic objectives and deliver complex technical solutions. • Expert knowledge of ROI analysis, financial modeling, and metrics-driven decision-making for IT investments and product portfolios. • Strong background in product management, including product lifecycle planning, go-to-market strategies, and user experience design principles. • Ability to architect and deliver scalable enterprise solutions using modern technologies (cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, data analytics, etc.). • Deep understanding of business process modeling, technical documentation, and intellectual property protection strategies. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse audiences. • Track record of mentoring and leading cross-functional teams through complex technical and business transformations. • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving measurable client outcomes. Preferred Skills & Attributes • Certification in Product Management frameworks (Pragmatic Institute, PMI, etc.). • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries. • Advanced proficiency with architecture modeling tools, analytics platforms, and process automation. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments. • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. • Proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Position Impact The Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in elevating TGS’s reputation as a leader in strategic innovation and enterprise transformation. By bridging the gap between client vision and technical execution, you will empower our organization and our clients to realize ambitious goals, drive measurable improvements, and create lasting value. Your work will directly influence the intellectual property portfolio of TGS, shaping the company’s competitive edge for years to come.
