Job Description

We’re hiring experienced Security Service Technicians to support commercial service and installation projects across the Atlanta area. This is a field-based role for dependable professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems. What You’ll Do

+ Perform routine and emergency service calls for commercial security systems

+ Troubleshoot, replace, and repair malfunctioning or inoperative equipment

+ Install and service access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems

+ Conduct system testing and signal verification using multimeters, battery analyzers, and decibel meters

+ Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality

+ Maintain truck inventory of tools and equipment

+ Document service activities and hours worked accurately and on time

+ Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed

+ Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

What You Bring

+ 3+ years of experience as a commercial install or service technician

+ Mastery-level troubleshooting skills in intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems

+ Experience using test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters)

+ Working knowledge of local and national codes

+ High school diploma or vocational training

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening

+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service mindset

Nice to Have

+ Fire alarm experience

+ Product certifications or licenses as required by local/national codes

+ Experience with Tier 1 security platforms

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
