    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience in a call center. Customer Service Representatives are the frontline and image of the company. The Customer Service Representative will handle various tasks, including phone calls, general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and providing receptionist and administrative support. They will assist callers with applying for ADA Core Services programs in addition to other disability-based programs. Responsibilities include a split between handling calls and administration-related tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services.

    + Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population.

    + Enter Customer Contact information into appropriate software systems, ensuring accuracy of data entries.

    + Conduct outbound phone calls.

    + Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner.

    + Meet job-specific key performance indicators and goals.

    + Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

    + Document and respond to customer complaints.

    + Provide support on special projects as needed.

    + Maintain daily customer scheduling for Eligibility staff.

    + Collect, track, and maintain all monies collected for replacement IDs.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 1 year of call center experience.

    + Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day).

    + Proficiency with automatic dialer systems.

    + Must have a dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed.

    + Customer service, ADA processing, data entry, troubleshooting, and operational skills.

    Qualifications

    + Experience in a customer service call center environment.

    + Ability to schedule trips and verify eligibility.

    + Strong documentation and inbound call management skills.

    + Customer service-oriented approach.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
