    Join a dynamic Real Estate team dedicated to maximizing and protecting a high-value property portfolio. As an Associate Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for a designated group of assets, ensuring smooth operations, strong relationships with property owners, and seamless coordination across internal teams.

     

    This is a high-impact role for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and strategic property management. Ideally, this person has 3+ years of experience, Telecommunications industry a PLUS!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Portfolio Oversight: Act as the primary contact and project manager for all site-related activities across your assigned properties.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Real Estate to resolve issues and execute property initiatives.

    + Owner Relations: Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with property owners and their representatives.

    + Issue Resolution: Handle complex inquiries such as ownership changes, rent payments, and lease renewals with precision and care.

    + Contract Management: Oversee property needs including landlord consents, expansions, redevelopments, and terminations.

    + Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely, high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Data Management: Maintain accurate records and case tracking in Salesforce.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.93/hr.
