    Job Overview:

    TEKsystems is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume call center environment. This role involves assisting customers with account setup, password resets, document uploads, and general inquiries via phone and online chat. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and chat.

    + Assist with account creation, password resets, and document uploads.

    + Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts.

    + Verify eligibility for coverage and explain healthcare options.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.

    + Input customer data into internal systems and perform administrative tasks.

    + Adhere to regulated communication guidelines and corporate values.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Customer service experience in call center, hospitality, retail, or healthcare.

    + Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems.

    + Experience handling inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.

    + Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

    + Recent work history with minimal employment gaps.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred).

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Technical troubleshooting experience.

    Disqualifiers:

    + Inability to articulate workflow processes or follow procedures.

    + Short or vague responses during interviews.

    + Lack of professionalism or customer-focused mindset.

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    + Fully remote; must have a quiet, professional home setup.

    + Initial training and work schedule:

    + Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM EST

    + Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

    + Schedule may change during Open Enrollment Period (OEP).

    + Major holidays observed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
