    Overview:

    A long-term opportunity is available for a detail-oriented IT Audit Consultant to join a specialized auditing team within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on research, auditing, and data validation to support IT asset management and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    + Audit IT service ticket workflows for accuracy using ServiceNow.

    + Analyze and validate inventory location and billing data using Excel and other tools.

    + Investigate and resolve issues related to lost or misallocated equipment.

    + Track and audit the movement of IT assets across locations.

    + Maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvements.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational compliance.

    Top Skills Required (must haves):

    + 6+ months of experience in audit, data analysis, or asset/inventory functions.

    + Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data validation techniques.

    + Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills.

    + Computer literacy

    Qualifications:

    + Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

    + Willingness to learn and grow into technical support roles after audit project completion.

    Work Environment:

    This is an on-site role based in a professional office setting. The team is collaborative and focused on improving IT asset management processes.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
