What You’ll Do

As a Financial Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our investors, guiding them through:

+ Account transactions like purchases, redemptions, and exchanges

+ Online account navigation and troubleshooting

+ Decision-making support based on their financial goals

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

+ 1+ year in a customer service role (retail, food service, etc.)

+ Career-minded with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow

+ Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness

+ Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-Haves:

+ College degree or equivalent experience

Career Path & Paid Training

We invest in your success from day one—with paid training every step of the way:

+ Initial Training: 8 weeks

+ Licensing Prep: 5–6 weeks (earn your SIE license!)

+ Advanced Training: 12–13 weeks

+ Series 6 & 63 Licensing: Within 6 months of hire

+ Product Training: 4 weeks + promotion/internship opportunities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
