Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent
Acquisition Team requires:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, end users, architects, developers, and quality assurance analysts to gather, analyze, define, and document business, functional, and/or technical requirements for software development projects.
+ Assists in guiding software development and maintenance activities, which will help clients meet their business needs.
+ Create process flow diagrams, requirements documents, and other necessary documentation.
+ Translate requirements into Product Vision, Roadmap, User Stories, or Use Case documents for handover to internal and/or external technical teams, subject matter experts, and Stakeholders.
+ Participate in preparing documents such as case studies, requests for proposals, training materials, and user documentation.
+ Participate in project teams to implement software solutions.
+ Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, Business Modeling, Process Modeling, and Design walkthroughs.
+ Responsible for understanding application functionality, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending candidate modules for modernization.
+ Work directly with clients to assess the current state of legacy applications and propose improvements.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ Competent with Agile, BPMN/UML/Flowcharts, and SDLC methodologies with the ability to document requirements using use cases, user stories, high-level requirements, functional and/or non-functional specifications.
+ Familiar with industry-standard analysis methodologies, but typically has a solid background in the IT industry.
+ Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Competent in creating Product Backlogs and user stories, Use Case documents and Business Requirement Documents, Process maps and diagrams.
+ Experience in converting monolithic legacy applications into modern microservices architectures.
+ 6+ years of industry experience, either in BA or a different role
+ Prior experience as a developer or systems analyst is preferred.

+ Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA or similar).

EDUCATION:
Requires a degree and at least 5 years of related experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A candidate must understand business processes, be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to quickly grasp new concepts. The person will have strong presentation, interpersonal, software development, and
work management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64800.00 - $97200.00/yr.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
