    Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Remote After Training)

     

    Pay Rate: $16/hour

     

    Duration: 3-month contract to hire

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting transportation coordination for individuals with disabilities.     As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

    + Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services

    + Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests

    + Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation

    + Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs

    + Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment

    + Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1+ year of call center experience required

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to multitask and work independently

    • Comfortable with data entry and administrative support

    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

    Work Environment

    + Training: On-site at our Phoenix office for the first 2 weeks

    + After Training: Fully remote

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
