Product Manager

Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA

Description

+ The Product Manager is accountable for owning and prioritizing the marketing product roadmap and requirements for delivery.

+ They serve as an advocate for the marketing team and ensuring marketing technology products provide a sufficient end user experience.

+ Will be responsible for developing the strategic foundation for a new AI product aimed at both small businesses and enterprise clients.

+ Reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management.

+ The individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define product requirements, customer journey flows, and a set of configurable options that meet diverse business needs.

+ A critical part of the role involves co-developing the onboarding experience with the vendor, incorporating AI to minimize customer setup effort and maximize immediate value.

+ Will transition to support engineering alignment, working with engineering teams to validate feasibility, refine scope, and support pilot deployment planning.

+ The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ years in product management.

+ Experience in AI products, Unified Communications, VoIP, or Telecom

+ Seeking a product manager with a true product skillset.

+ Experience in product strategy.

+ Experience working directly with stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
