Description

Role will be fully remote but they will mostly be working PST hours. They are flexible though and mindful of which time zone people live in when scheduling meetings.

This role will be working on the rollout of MyChart Bedside Mobile application across various regions. Someone does not need to have MyChart bedside experience but must be certified in MyChart. Nice to have skills are Experience with MyChart Bedside rollouts and Certs in or exposure to ASAP, Orders, Scheduling. There will be a project team and this resource will work closely with these teams..

Duration: Through End of Year, with likely extension. Will know more about if long term funding is secured in the next month. If so, this project will go through 2026.

Future State: Implement a large northern California market, add other markets, and add new features to existing install

• This individual will be an advisory/solutioning resource AND also do hands on MyChart Build

• Evaluate the current build for the existing markets.

• Propose build for new markets including enhancements.

• Collaborate with other groups, MyChart, Inpatient, Mobile Apps, Testing, Security

• Need a leader that can work independently

• Need someone who is very strong with documentation – they will be using this analysis and solutioning for future installs and education

Experience Certified in one or more Epic modules and expert knowledge of associated business or care delivery processes. Study the overall business and information needs of an organization in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. Understand business process and determine how best to map that to the capabilities of Epic. Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a solution. Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization. Devise and document a solution based on the client's requirements. Negotiate options with the client. Requires in-depth knowledge of the business and care delivery functions supported by HealthConnect. Also requires technical understanding of Epics capabilities and the ability to match product capabilities to business requirements. ENTER YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
