+ To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience in a call center.

+ Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems in order to meet contract service levels

+ Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population

+ Enter Customer Contact information into appropriate software system, ensure accuracy of data entries

+ Conduct outbound phone calls

+ The Customer Service Representative will handle various tasks, including phone calls (outgoing and incoming calls), general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and receptionist and administrative support.

Shift/Work Environment

This position is fully in-office until training is completed. A parking garage is available with free parking for employees.

There are three shift candidates to select from: Please not all shifts are in the central time zone. Calls are expected to come in from nationwide members.

+ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

+ 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

+ 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay: $16/hr

Qualifications

+ 1+ year of call center experience

+ Must be open between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday

+ 1 year of office experience

+ Comfortable with handling inbound AND outbound calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
