The Commercial Product Infra and Margins (CPI) Finance Team is an exciting and fast-evolving finance team at the forefront of Microsoft’s Cloud-first strategy.
The Strategic Sourcing & Execution Finance (SSEF) Team is responsible for delivering cloud capacity at the right time, right place, and right cost. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide leadership, vision, and financial expertise in the server space. This finance role will be instrumental in influencing and managing our global server pricing.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will bring a combination of financial, technical, and analytical insights, coupled with real-world business experience, leadership, and influence skills to drive alignment, awareness, and impact in a fast-paced space within the company. This candidate will need to build new processes, frameworks, models, and metrics, while also ensuring they can connect to existing structures. Lastly, this role will collaborate with Microsoft partners globally, including Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance.
Key activities include:
+ Consolidate and perform SI settlement
+ Manage structural/networking component prices in Dynamics 365
+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth server procurement process
+ Work with business partners to drive savings initiatives and manage savings tracking & reporting

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience with Power BI or other data visualization or analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Business partnering experience, collaborative and inclusive when working with others
+ Comfortable handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at fast pace
+ Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed
+ Synthesize and communicate analyses; provide insight to leaders and business partners
+ Translate financial analysis and insights into actionable business recommendations
+ Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way
+ Deep analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
+ Supply Chain knowledge and/or experience
+ Able to drive execute under pressure and tight deadlines
+ Demonstrates confidence and credibility when engaging with leaders and stakeholders
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
