Job Title: Engineering Associate

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $25–$27/hour

ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY:

This position focuses on process optimization, maintaining production quality, and supporting operator training in a cleanroom/fab environment. Candidates with experience in photolithography, etching, and wafer cleaning are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develop, optimize, and monitor semiconductor fabrication processes, with emphasis on photolithography, dry/wet etch, and wafer cleaning.

+ Utilize SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, and profilometer for process evaluation and troubleshooting.

+ Define, document, and maintain clear work instructions for operators and engineering teams.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process issues and implement improvements.

+ Provide training and technical support to operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

+ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement initiative

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Master’s or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering required.

+ Cleanroom experience required (academic or professional

+ Hands-on experience or exposure to photolithography, etch, or wafer cleaning preferred.

+ Proficiency with SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, or profilometer preferred

+ Strong communication, teamwork, and operator training skills.

+ Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred.
