Position Title: Software Java Lead

Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 1. Most preferred - Pittsburgh PA - Two . Second preferred - Cleveland OH - Strongsville Technology Center or Birmingham AL - Birmingham - Brock 3. Third preferred - North Texas Market TX - Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd 4. Fourth preferred - Phoenix - Biltmore

Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote, flexible

Travel: Some if not located in Pittsburgh for planning meetings

Intended length of Assignment: 3/31/2026

Reason for open position: New project so additional need to build out a new crew

Function of the Group: Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.

Industry background: Open to all backgrounds, banking/financial is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Coding and managing a team - talking to the requirements and delivering requirements.

+ Manage and help junior devs as needed.

+ Assist with building out a new crew for a new project.

Must Have Technical Skills:

+ Spring boot

+ Java

+ RDBMS

+ Micro Services

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

+ NO SQL (Mongo) DB

+ REDIS

+ KAFKA

Role Differentiator: Exposure to new technology, possibility of conversion.

Interview Process:

+ 1 Round - 45 mins - 2-3 person panel - behavioral and technical

+ 2 Round may be needed
