    Brief description of duties:

The Associate Dean for Organizational Outcomes & Innovative Initiatives (OOII) serves as a senior academic leader within the School of Nursing, providing visionary direction for academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and transformative educational innovation. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive framework for evaluation, assessment, and outcomes measurement that informs decision-making and ensures compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Associate Dean works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators to advance the School’s mission through evidence-based strategies that drive quality improvement, foster innovation, and expand access to nursing education. In this capacity, the Associate Dean serves as the primary lead for institutional and programmatic reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring all programs are in continual readiness for accreditation by CCNE and ACME, and for translating standards into operational practices that yield measurable improvements in teaching, learning, and organizational performance.
