Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a **Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst – Level 2 or Level 3 (Principal)** , to join our Choose an item. team in **Magna, UT** **.** **This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.** Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. #definingpossible
This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.
In this job, you will:
+ Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on capital projects requiring a validated cost schedule control system
+ Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that projects are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
+ Preparing budgets and schedules for capital prjects and performs and/or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
+ Preparing program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
+ Monitoring funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparation of expenditure projections
+ Incorporating scope changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic EAC cost and schedule baselines
+ Performing miscellaneous financial analysis including monthly financial reporting/forecasting and monthly Business Management Reviews (BMRs) to leadership
+ Continually assessing and improving financial reporting processes to enhance efficiencies
+ Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
+ **Level 2 -** Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting – OR – Master’s degree
+ **Level 3 -** Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting
+ Microsoft Office experience, including MS Excel (expert), Teams, Outlook, Word. Experience will be needed for the role
+ Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
+ Will consider an additional 8+ years of finance experience in lieu of degree
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Oracle Primavera, BI Tools, Sharepoint document sharing
+ Department of Defense (DoD) experience
+ Aerospace, Space, or Defense industry experience
+ Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
