    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

    + 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

    + 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

    + Experience working with ML/AI in an applied capacity.

    + Experience with B2B/enterprise software.

    Connect Sales is Google's Ads Sales platform that drives Google business and customer satisfaction. Our team delivers "only at Google" solutions that combine technology and business insights to enable intelligent and assistive experiences at Google scale for our Sales teams and finally to our Advertisers. The industry, Google Ads, and Google's salesforce is at a critical juncture. AI has the power to simultaneously and fundamentally disrupt and empower Ads and sales teams. We are at the forefront of this transformation by empowering our sellers to be effective and efficient, through partnership with and direction of AI, we have an opportunity to take Google's growth to the next level.

     

    Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Understand markets, participants, and user requirements in depth.

    + Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.

    + Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on new technologies.

    + Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
