In addition to employee benefits, there are a wide range of advancement opportunities throughout the Department of Revenue. ** *_DUTIES_* *Job Overview:*** This position resides in theInformation Management and Collections DivisionofDepartment of Revenue.Duties include coordinating the ongoing programactivities of processing incoming correspondence, payments, returns and data. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining data, tracking data and system performance,ensuring secure handling and processing of taxpayer information. The incumbent provides consultation, technical assistance, training, and outreach to internal and external users to promote effective system operations. This includes overseeing system research, enhancement, validation, readiness, and reporting projects. The position resides in the Information Management Bureau which comprised of three units, Customer & Payment Management, Digitization, and Information Governance. The position reports to the Unit Manager.
